• 01 Custom Your Brand Logo
  

  There are four logo customization options:
  Silk Screen Logo – The most common and cost-effective option, ideal for clear and vibrant branding.
  Nameplate Logo – Engraved on a metal plate and securely attached to the box for a professional look.
  Laser Engraving – Your logo can be laser-engraved directly onto the box or onto a nameplate for a sleek, permanent finish.
  Embossed Logo – A molded logo directly on the box, offering a premium, high-end appearance. This option is the most expensive but enhances brand recognition.

  If you’re looking to establish your brand, we highly recommend the embossed logo. Share your logo with us, and our design team will create a 3D model of your product featuring your logo for your confirmation.

  

• 02 Size Details
  

  We offer four standard sizes for a more competitive price. Additionally, we provide custom sizing options. The length and width can be fully customized, while the height can be chosen from our existing molds or made with a custom mold.  Available height molds: 144mm, 188mm, 230mm, 273mm, 333mm, 383cm, 395mm, 488cm, 530mm, ,595mm and 635cm.

  

• 03 Color Details
  

  We offer surface spraying in a variety of colors. The available colors and surface treatments (frosted and matte) are shown in the reference image.

  For custom colors, please provide a Pantone color code or a physical sample. It is essential to confirm the color before sampling, and all samples must be approved before mass production.

  

• 04 Interior Detail

  You can customize the foam to fit the interior and the shape of your items. Available materials include EVA, PU foam, and XPE. Various sizes, thicknesses, colors, and shapes are available to suit your needs.

  

• 05 Package Details

  We can tailor the packaging print according to your requirements, adhering to the packaging print regulations.

• 01 Share Your Concept
  Your concept may involve alterations in size, color, logo, locks or even modifications in the product's functionality. Give us your CAD or sample. The more detailed the concept, the better. 
  
  

• 02 Confirm Drawing
  Accurate CAD drawing will be designed as your request and sent to you for confirmation.
  
  

• 03 Sample Organization & Confirm
  Once the project and design are confirmed, our sampling department will initiate work based on the fresh design. One or several samples can be processed firstly for your confirmation. 
  
  

• 04 Project Confirmation and Assessment
  Upon receiving the project details, we'll evaluate the feasibility. If confirmed, we'll proceed, finalize the schedule, the lead time for order production.
  
  

• 05. Mass Products Processing
  We will begin production of customized cases once the sample is confirmed.
  
  

• 06. Quality Control
  The production is under the control to ensure the quality is consistent. The aim of our strict file control process is to meet your expectations.
  
  

• 07 End Product
  The products will be packaged after inspection and sent to you.
